1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed predominantly to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with InjektorExpress.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

3. Contract language, contract text storage
The language available for concluding the contract is German.

We save the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions by email. You can view the contract text in our customer login.

4. Delivery conditions

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs are also added. You can find out more about the shipping costs in the offers.

We only deliver by post. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.

5. Payment

In our shop you can generally use the following payment methods:

Prepayment
If you choose to pay in advance, we will send you our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

Credit card
When you place your order, you also send us your credit card details.
After you have been identified as the legitimate cardholder, we will ask your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after placing your order. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by the credit card company and your card will be charged.

PayPal
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to complain or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the freight carrier or transport insurance.

8. Warranty and guarantees

The statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found on the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

Injectors that you order from us are intended and prepared for the intended use. Any processing or any measures carried out on the injectors by the buyer are NOT permitted. Such injectors are excluded from the guarantee, exchange and return. Our company cannot be held responsible for any possible consequences to your vehicle.

8.1 Old part return process, problem with your vehicle, order

The revision process will be initiated as soon as your injectors, which you sent to our company as old parts, arrive at our company. If you request your old injectors back, only the old part with the same injector number will be refunded. Injectors with the same serial number from your own vehicle (requesting your “own” injectors) CANNOT be returned to you.

You can refund the injector or injectors you purchased individually or in a set if the problem on your vehicle is not solved. The costs incurred during the solution of the problem(s) on your vehicle CANNOT be claimed from our company.

Injectors ordered without contacting us and being sure of the correctness can be refunded. Costs resulting from the incorrectly placed order cannot be claimed from our company.

9. Liability

We are always liable without limitation for claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents.

• in case of injury to life, body or health,
• in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
• in the case of guarantee promises, if agreed, or
• insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is open.

In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence on our part, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, liability is limited to the amount of damage that was foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded and which must typically be expected to occur. In all other respects, claims for damages are excluded.

10. Dispute settlement
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ . Consumers have the opportunity to use this platform to resolve their disputes.
In order to settle disputes arising from a contractual relationship with a consumer or as to whether such a contractual relationship even exists, we are obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The General Consumer Arbitration Board of the Center for Arbitration eV, Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.verbraucher-schlichter.de is responsible. We will participate in dispute resolution proceedings before this board.
